It's all speculative of course, but linked is an artist's rendering of what the view from Gliese 581c might look like. Astronomer Phil Plait adds some interesting scientific commentary on the image's realism. Just how does a red dwarf look from that distance?

Thanks for those links! I got here from a Google Alert, and either these sites didn't register on Google's grid, or when they appeared I simply missed them, so thanks for the pointer in those directions.
