KentuckySpace is a non-profit enterprise involving a consortium of universities and private organizations pursuing space-related education, R&D, small satellite design and launch operations.
The Kentucky Space Grant Consortium announced funding opportunities for space-related research and education for 2009-2010. The deadline for proposals is Wednesday February 11, 2009, at 4pm CT. See the link above for proposal instructions.
The Space Elevator blog has set up a photostream at Flickr for all the photos accumulated the past couple of years. Pictures from the 2007 competition, like the one above of UBC-Snowstar team members setting up a solar array, have been the first to be uploaded.
