Featuring deployable solar panels, here's some video of a cubesat in development by students at the University of Louisiana, Lafayette. Perhaps someone who knows about the project could explain a bit more about the goals for the cube.

The idea is to get the most amount of power out the satellite in a 1U configuration. Many more higher power draw systems will be on board this cube sat, so in order to facilitate the power needed, deployable panels were conceptually designed in order to provide as much power as needed.
