SOCEM suborbital Feb. 24

Kentucky Space delivered the remaining SOCEM flight hardware (ADAMASat, Cal Poly 1U) recently and calibrated the beanie for flight. The original January 21 launch date (tomorrow) has since been pushed back, and a new date of February 24 has been confirmed.

ADAMASat will spend approximately 8 minutes in space and will flight test hardware that will be used in the orbital craft, KySat-1. See this page for more information and pictures about the SOCEM mission.
